1. Click Submit for RBE (Bridged)
2. Refresh Server connection listing
3. Wait for update = Trained
D. If 169.x.x.x
1. check for NIC listing in Control Panel
2. Ping Localhost 127.0.0.1
3. Attempt to connect with USB (Drivers CD required)
E. If not connecting
1. Reset the DSL Modem
2. Offer real dialup for customer requested immediate access
a. Find DUN Access Number on cust account
b. Find DUN Access number on ISP web site
