Firmware and Browser Compatibility

The reason that Safari, Chrome, and some others will not work with some of the modem firmware for configuration.

Based on bug reports that I've Googled, the SpeedStream 6520 modems don't
work with browsers based on WebKit (i.e., Safari, potentially Opera,
konqueror, and maybe others).  I've heard that Safari 2.0 will still work,
but that's not really an option for users with new Macs (that have
10.5/Leopard on them).  Firefox may be the only solution for this problem if
the user doesn't have a Windows machine.
