Date: Tue, 23 Oct 2007 21:44:33 -0500 (CDT) Subject: Windows Mail unable to open messages All, Several people have called in using Windows Vista Mail who are unable to open messages due to an "unknown error" the program says. There is information and a downloadable file to correct the issue for the outbox, but I haven't found anything for the inbox or sent items. Microsoft published this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090 We can't support downloading or running windows updates, but if the customer has this issue you can provide them with this link for more information and refer to mft.
